Consistency: We know that consistency is the cornerstone of any fitness journey. With our structured training schedule, expert guidance and welcoming squad, you're guaranteed to stay motivated and accountable to your fitness goals! Each semester is 12 weeks long with 3 workouts a week to really dial into the consistency and see your best results yet!
Quality of Movement: At FIIT University, we believe that quality trumps quantity. Our small group strength training program allows you to receive personalized attention from our experienced trainers, ensuring that your form is impeccable and your workouts are optimized for your individual needs. Daily Habits: It's not just about what you do during your training sessions, but also what you do in the hours and days between. Our program will have you tuning into to your day to day habits — nutrition, sleep, energy levels, and recovery and noting the impact they have on your performance and overall mood. Our daily habits play integral roles in your progress and at FIIT U it's important to us to educate you on how to tune into them and develop the habits you need to set yourself up for success.
