Working 1 on 1 with a trainer is a fantastic way to focus on long term sustainable changes to your health, fitness and lifestyle. Our goal here is to create a program that will help you build strength along with healthy habits and routines! We create the plan that fits your needs, you do the work!
Working out with a buddy makes it more fun!! You and your partner will work with a trainer to help you reach your goals and stay motivated and accountable to your workouts. Our goal is to create a program that meets your needs, keeps you motivated and having fun together all while getting a great sweat!
At FIIT Squad, we offer one on one and partner personal training sessions in studio. Personal training sessions are about 50 mins in length and each workout is catered towards your individual goals, needs and schedule. We have a kick starter package available if you've never tried PT before and are looking to see if it is the right fit for you! We also offer ongoing session packages for regular PT clients training 1,2,3 or more times per week in studio with their trainer! Take a look below for all available PT options.
Personal Training Packages
1:1 Kick Starter Package - $600
8 Personal Training Sessions - $760 (recommended for 1x per week)
16 Personal Training Sessions - $1440 (recommended for 2x per week)
24 Personal Training Sessions - $2040 (recommended for 3 or more x per week)
Partner Training Packages
8 Partner Training Sessions - 1000 per duo (recommended for 1x per week)
16 Partner Training Sessions - $1800 per duo (recommended for 2x per week)
24 Partner Training Sessions - $2550 per duo (recommended for 3 or more x per week)

I have been attending Lindsay's classes since 2019. I was about 18 months post partum with my first child and needed a coach that would take my current fitness level and recovery into consideration and that is exactly what she did! Fast forward to 2021, I had my second child and was back in post partum recovery again but this time I needed more TLC, patience and understanding for how my body was healing. Lindsay tailored our personal training sessions to my abilities while remaining focused on the exercises that would build back my strength and we were eventually able to start adding cardio, higher weights and jumping! I am so thankful for her support in my journey back to myself. She is an asset to this community and her positive energy will make you feel welcome no matter your shape or size!

The vibe at Lindsay's studio is always warm and friendly - I feel completely comfortable and at ease during both group classes and 1:1 sessions.
