Classes are limited to 10 people (6-8 for specialty programs) so you must reserve your spot in advance by clicking below and selecting which class you want to reserve. If you don't have a class pass you will automatically be prompted to purchase a package to sign up for your class.
Lindsay is truly an exceptional trainer! Her group classes are challenging but also quick and fun - you leave feeling energized and happy. She thoroughly explains each circuit, providing alternatives if needed, and then takes the time to go over each exercise again as you cycle through them. She will even grab equipment for you as needed!

Because of the way her classes are structured, as well as her warm and inviting nature, this is perfect for anyone ranging from beginner to advanced.
Lindsay gives the support and encouragement that I need to push myself, both mentally as physically, while keeping the energy upbeat and incredibly positive. She is very knowledgeable and designs her classes with variety to keep things fresh and interesting. Great for beginners or more advanced athletes.
